Thank you for shopping with Amorcito®. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.. 

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will assist you in arranging a return and a full refund or replacement.

    • For products purchased through CJ Dropshipping, Spocket, or Zendrop, we work directly with our suppliers to facilitate your return.
    • Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the condition you received it.
  2. Incorrect Products: If the item you received is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will work with the supplier to provide a replacement or refund.

  3. Non-Defective Products: Returns for non-defective or unwanted items are not accepted unless specified by the supplier. Please double-check product descriptions and details before making a purchase.

  4. Return Shipping: In the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the product is not defective and you are seeking a return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs, depending on the supplier's policy.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

  1. Product is Damaged or Defective: If the product you received is damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and availability of stock.

    • This applies to products sourced from CJ Dropshipping, Spocket, and Zendrop. We will work with the suppliers to ensure your issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
  2. Order Lost in Transit: If your order is lost during transit, we will investigate with our suppliers and, if necessary, issue a full refund or send a replacement.

  3. Refund Processing: Once your return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  4. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at amorcitoconfo02@gmail.com.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at amorcitoconfo02@gmail.com with the following information:

    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos of the damaged/incorrect product
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and any necessary return labels.

  3. Return Process: Ship the product back to us or to the supplier (depending on the situation). Ensure it is packed securely to avoid any damage during return shipping.

  • For dropshipping products, we work with suppliers like CJ Dropshipping, Spocket, and Zendrop. Their return and refund policies apply in cases of defective or damaged items.
  • Returns and refunds are handled by us as the retailer, and we will coordinate with our suppliers to ensure the best outcome for our customers.
